At Festival Products, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is incomplete or missing parts.
- The item was damaged during delivery.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used or damaged after delivery.
- The original packaging is missing or damaged.
- The return request is made after 24 hours of delivery.
- The product was purchased during a clearance or final sale (unless damaged or defective).
Replacement Policy
If your return request is approved, we will:
- Replace the damaged or incorrect product with the correct one (subject to stock availability), or
- Offer an alternative product of equal value if the original item is unavailable.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available only when:
- A replacement cannot be provided.
- The ordered product is unavailable after payment.
- We are unable to fulfill your order for any valid reason.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method or another mutually agreed method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipment, any eligible refund will be processed accordingly.
Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Festival Products will bear the return and replacement shipping costs.
- If the return is requested for any other reason and is accepted, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.
